Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

At Louder Smoke, we realize things happen and at times returns may be necessary. You may process a return and will be fully refunded on your unused/unopened products within 15 days of delivery (excluding any shipping costs). Customers will be responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee when processing a return.
Due to legal liability, we are unable to accept any used or opened items. 
If any item in your order arrives damaged or defective, and you provide us proof within 2 days of delivery, you will be eligible for an immediate exchange or a full refund. You will not be held responsible for shipping costs on any damaged items. Customers must save any damaged materials, including the products and the packaging material they came in, unless advised otherwise.


Refund Process
Once your return is received, we will send you an email notification.If the return is approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card within a certain number of days.
Please keep in mind our payment processor charges us 5% on transactions which will be assessed on all cancelled orders.

It may take some time for your refund to officially post to your account. If you are having any difficulties seeing your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company as sometimes delays may occur on the merchants end. If you’ve taken all of the recommended steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@loudersmoke.com so we can further investigate the matter.

Exchanges
We may only replace items if they happen to be damaged or defected. If you would like to make an exchange for the same item, send us an email at info@loudersmoke.com
